In 2016 there were a total of 215 140 movements at Brisbane Airport which is just under 5000 fewer than in 2015.

There is a clear reduction in use of reciprocal runway operations at night this quarter compared to the previous two quarters. This is due to the fact that the main runway, Runway 01/19, was closed from midnight to 5 am for the entire quarter.
